Og Health account helps you to own your and your family Health data without the use of any physical records stored securely with data protection. Og Health account can be used across many devices at a time. Og Health uses advanced security methods to make sure your data is secured and it will not be shared with any third party without your permission.

If you already use Og Health to track your vaccinations, Og Health Accounts gives you the ability to backup your record(s) securely and access them from multiple devices.

Please follow the below-mentioned steps to create your Og Health account.

1. Download the app from the App Storeor Google Play Store.
2. Launch Og Health App.
3. Tap on ‘Get Started’ and you will see various slider screens listing the amazing features of Og Health.
4. Click on the “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” button at the bottom of the screen.
5. Start filling your details. Your name, your country and enter your mobile, email, set a password then read and agree the T&C.
6. Og Health will ask you a few more information related to Health sector, you need to fill the information to complete the registration.
7. Tap on ‘REGISTER’ button. You will get an OTP on the mobile number you entered. Once you enter the OTP and tap on ‘Submit’, Your account will be created.

Once this step is complete, you will receive an email from Og Health and will be required to verify your email address for you to use the Email ID to log in to the app. Please check your junk mail if you do not see anything in your inbox. Simply click on the link contained in the email, you will get the verification confirmation, close the window, and return to the app.

If you already have an Og account, you can log in using your email and password.

It is our KYC process. During the process registration, you will get a mobile verification code on your mobile number, the one you shared with us while signing up. If you do not receive a mobile verification code within 60 seconds, tap on the resend verification link on the OTP screen to get a new mobile verification code. If you entered a wrong mobile number, then you have an option to edit it and request for the activation code again.

It is absolutely free! You don’t need to spend money to become an Og Health User.

One Global group has other products namely Og Money KW, Og Money Global, Og Business, Og Play, Og Travel. If you already are a registered user in any one of the Og products, you can use the same credentials to use Og Health app. You may complete the Og Health profile once after Logging in to the app.

No, without having an account in Og Health, you can just see what are the features available in the app at a glance. But to experience Og Health benefits we recommend you to register.

You may change your account credentials including your mobile number and Email ID from the profile and you can also delete the dependents you added.  You can delete the account by clicking the “Delete My Account” inside your profile in Og Health. You will not receive any communications from Og and your data will no longer be accessible to you.

Yes. You can log out from the Profile, then log in using a different email/ password combination to access another account. When you log out of an account, the information is wiped from the device but remains securely stored on the server.

If you have lost your mobile phone we recommend that you change your account password. You can do this from the Account Settings once you’ve downloaded Og Health on your new device. If you have changed phones, simply log into your Og Health account on your new device to access your records.

Og Health will no longer support Google Drive or iCloud backup options. Og Health Accounts is the only way to backup your Og Health record(s).

Dependents can be anyone from your family or friend circle including your pets. Once you add them to your Og Health profile, you can create their individual records with the vaccines available and the vaccines they are taken. You can export the report of the vaccines taken by each dependent and share with any Health practicioner for the future reference.

Og Health reminds you to never miss any scheduled or upcoming vaccines as per the preventive immunity vaccine programs per country based on the Birth date of the dependent. The reminders will be sent ‘Two days’ before the vaccination schedule and on the day of the vaccination. The reminders will be sent on Day time – 9.00 Am to 12.00 PM.

Please follow the below steps to add a dependent in Og Health App.

1. Click on the ‘+’ button in the Vaccination page
2. Fill the information to add the dependent
   • Name
   • Gender
   • DOB
   • Relationship with you
   • Country of the dependent
   • Vaccination Center
   • Mobile (optional)
   • Email (optional)
   • Profile Picture
3. Your dependent will be added successfully to Og Health and will be visible in your Vaccination page with the complete list of vaccines to be taken from the Date of Birth of the dependent.

You can use Og Health to be updated about the preventive vaccines you have to take before travelling to any destination based on the destination country health policies with Og Health Travel Vaccine details.

All pregnant women, regardless of vaccination history, should get vaccinated before and during pregnancy. Pregnancy vaccines can help protect both you and your baby against serious diseases.
